Once a quote is accepted after measurements and type of product is provided the process of the final design and site meeting can be arranged. Following this step, the Ganci design team will finalize shop drawings and production will begin.

 

The Ganci warehouse offers the full service as it is divided into different sectors. Fabrication, spray booth, finishes and glazing meaning all is done in house. The team at Ganci is formed of professional fabricators, spray painters and installers. Starting with the initial concept right through to installation and completion.

 

In the fabrication section all products are custom made by the team in the warehouse using premium Italian steel and stainless steel to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. The option of stainless steel provides durability, longevity as well as ages well with time. All products can be created from Galvanized extrusion profiles, Solid profiles, or Custom-made steel profiles. Ganci specializes in a range of windows and doors custom making various style like single, double, French, sliding, bifold, fixed, arched, and curved. No design is off limits.

 

In the spray-painting section consisting of an in-house spray booth where team’s attention to detail ensures all products are finished perfectly. Using rich Zinc undercoats, 2 pack epoxy primer and finishing with 2 pack polyurethane topcoat. All products are available in a range of finishes and gloss levels to compliment the space.

 

In the Glazing section the team glazes all the products in the warehouse but depending on the project may also glaze onsite using the best quality sealants and silicon. The glass is available in different options like single, double, and various patterns.
